Follow the walking path to the right of the front door to find our separate yoga studio entrance. After 24 years of renting a studio in Crestwood, KY, we are so happy to be able to welcome you to our sacred space to continue sharing our love of cardiotherapy and healing through movement. You must pre-register for every single class. That way, we will be expecting you. Doors will be locked when class starts. If you decide not to come last minute, please sign out.
