75 minutes bones to skin

Great rotating playlists, and focused fun in this 75-minute guided, hatha (26 postures & 2 breathing exercises) class. We are offering students that have had at least 10 Bikram classes at our studio this traditional Hatha class with focus on line and maximizing the time in posture.

The standing series flows quickly between each asana, as we expect students have understanding of basic technique and alignment to initiate all postures correctly and safely. Enjoy maximum time in asana, with full therapeutic savasana between each floor series posture. Use your established cardio and authentic Bikram directive driven background to share in this meditation.
