After 24 years in our studio in Crestwood, we’re excited to welcome you to our new private retreat facility in L’Esprit, an equestrian community, in La Grange, KY. Offering a state of the art heated yoga room on the ground floor with its own private entrance.

We offer towel and mat rental, year-round outdoor retreat showers with bio-degradable products to protect our environment. Our look-out sauna and cold plunge will be available to clients for use after practice this fall.

Towel and mat storage is available for annual members and 6-month auto-debit clients.

This private space is open to the community. But all students must pre-register for class to reserve your mat space, parking spot and provide payment before arrival. If you need assistance with registering for class please email Kristin at kristin@hotspotyoga.com.
