After 24 years in our studio in Crestwood, we’re excited to welcome you to our new private retreat facility in L’Esprit, an equestrian community, in La Grange, KY. Offering a state of the art heated yoga room on the ground floor with its own private entrance.

Come with just what you need for practice and changing afterwards if you so choose. We will have outdoor retreat showers starting in August. We have mats and towels available to rent and storage available should you purchase a package. This private space is open to the community, you must pre-register for your class to reserve your mat-space, parking spot, and provide payment before arrival.
