Winter 2017 we added Vinyasa Flow classes. Vinyasa class focuses on linking movement with breath. In this all-level class, the room is heated to 90°. Students flow from one pose to another in conjunction with the breath, building strength, flexibility and focus.

If you're new to the Vinyasa style of yoga, be prepared for excellent instruction, direction and demonstration.  Our goal is to teach and reinforce for all skill levels in this class.  As you increase your knowledge base and comfort level each season, the class will progress as you go deeper, and flow with more confidence.
