We added Inferno Hot Pilates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Summer 2016. It's is a challenging low impact, full-body workout consisting of both HIIT and the Joseph Pilates principles. Performed in a 95-degree room with 40 percent humidity. This practice creates a stronger core, joint mobility, and develops long lean muscle mass. A perfect compliment to our Bikram and Vinyasa classes.
